PARENT SESSION: Transition to Middle School & Writing Support

This is a session dedicated to families, who are approaching middle school. Therefore, this is for rising 6th-grade parents. I will focus on some of the social-emotional changes, class changes, and new expectations that take place as students begin a new and exciting chapter. I will provide ideas on how to support your middle schooler throughout the transition and most of all, I will speak a great deal about to how continue to nurture their literacy growth. I look forward to sharing tips on giving students writing feedback and how to grow their vocabulary and reading skills.

The recommended cost is $50.

There is an opportunity for a sliding scale. (See numbers below.) No questions asked, no judgments made! My goal is to be able to help more students.
